Aftercare
Peace Valley Charter School's Aftercare program provides a safe, nurturing environment for students after the school day ends. Children enjoy a gentle afternoon rhythm with outdoor play, creative activities, quiet games, and time to unwind in a warm, caring setting.

Monday–Thursday: Dismissal–6:00 PM

Friday (Early Release): Dismissal–6:00 PM
Daily Rates:

Monday–Thursday (2:50–3:30 PM, Grades K–3) $5/day

Monday–Thursday (3:45–6:00 PM, All Grades) $15/day

Friday Early Release (1:15–6:00 PM, All Grades) $20/day

Late Pickup (After 6:00 PM) $1 per minute
Bus Riders: The 2:50–3:30 PM $5/day fee is waived for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students who are waiting for the school bus.
Students Waiting for Older Siblings: Kindergarten through 3rd grade students who need supervision from 2:50–3:30 PM while waiting for an older sibling enrolled in the Aftercare Program may attend for $5 per day.

Please read the enrollment information carefully, as our policies, billing procedures, and checkout process have been updated.
Aftercare uses Brightwheel for enrollment, attendance, authorized pickups, communication, and payments. Once you submit your enrollment request, our staff will review it and confirm your child's enrollment. You will receive your confirmation through Brightwheel.
Please note:

Enrollment is required each school year for every child, even if your family participated last year.

Aftercare is billed based on the time your child is in our care, so you do not need to select specific dates or attendance schedules during enrollment.

Play Garden
Peace Valley Charter School's Kinder Play Garden program provides a warm, nurturing environment for Kindergarten students who need care after the school day ends at 1:00 PM. Children enjoy a gentle afternoon rhythm with outdoor play, healthy snacks, seasonal stories and songs, creative activities, circle games, and plenty of imaginative play.

Tuition: $270 per month

Enrollment
After your child is enrolled at Peace Valley Charter School, you will receive an invitation to create a Brightwheel account. Brightwheel is used to update family and emergency information, manage authorized pickups, sign children in and out, and process monthly tuition payments.
Please note that tuition must be paid on time to maintain your child's enrollment in Kinder Play Garden. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension or removal from the program.
